Cancellation Policy

Booking: All appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is approved. Payment (full or deposit) may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a 50% service charge or loss of deposit. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled based on availability. Weather & Outdoor Sessions: For outdoor services, sessions will proceed unless severe weather makes it unsafe. In this case, rescheduling will be offered.
